Jyotsna Rewal Dua, J Petitioner alleges contempt on part of the respondents of the following directions issued in the judgment rendered on 07.04.2026 in CWPIL NO. 29/2026 (Sant Ram Vs. State of H.P. & Ors.):- “5. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the Deputy Commissioner shall take representation made on 03.03.2026 (Annexure P-4) into consideration and pass a reasoned order after calling for the comments from the concerned persons and also the records from the Pollution Control Board, the Mining Officer and the Gram Panchayat as such, for finding out if any infirmity exists in the setting up of the same.” 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 2. The case records reflect that pursuant to the above directions, respondent No.1 has passed a detailed order on 08.07.2026. Petitioner has grievance to the aforesaid order. If that be so, it is for him to avail appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, against the aforesaid order. 3. With the above observations, the present contempt proceedings are closed.
