Case No. 90 of 2026 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(a) of the NDPS Act. 3. As per the prosecution case, the recovery is of 8.56 grams of Heroin in 13 pouch. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 7.5.2026. 5. The petitioner claims that he has only one criminal antecedent but that is not under the NDPS Act. 6. Considering the quantum of recovery, it appears that the petitioner is a drug peddler and therefore this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.
