It is submitted that the petitioner was suspended by order dated 24.12.2024 and the said order of suspension was the subject matter of Application No.29/2025 before the Karnataka State Administrative Tribunal at Bengaluru (for short 'the Tribunal'). The Tribunal by order dated 03.03.2025 rejected the petitioner's prayer to quash the order of suspension, against which, the present writ petition is filed - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29461-DB WP No. 6887 of 2025 questioning the order of the Tribunal as well as the order of suspension. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would invite attention of this Court to memo dated 11.06.2026, wherein it is stated that the suspension of the petitioner was revoked by order dated 24.03.2025 and subsequently, by movement order dated 09.06.2026, petitioner was posted to work as Sub- Registrar in the office of the Sub-Registrar, Kunigal, where the petitioner is said to have reported to duty. 4.
