The present MCC has been filed for restoration of WPC No.6719/2025, which has been disposed of by this Court vide Order dated 01.4.2026. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the applicants submits that after filing of WPC No.6719/2025, reply was filed by the respondent/State, wherein it was specifically stated that order had been passed by Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Champa, Distt. Janjgir-Champa (CG) on 21.01.2026 in respect of the grievance of the petitioners. Thereafter the petitioners filed application (IA No.04/2026) for withdrawal of the petition on 01.4.2026 and on the same day, this Court permitted to withdraw the writ petition. Learned counsel further submits that Annexure-C/4 is the said order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (R), Champa, Distt. Janjgir-Champa (CG) in Revenue Case No.202603061300010/B-121, however, the same has been shown to have been passed on back date i.e. 21.01.2026. As per the information received from E-Court Information System (Revenue Court), said revenue case was registered on 02.3.2026 and was also disposed/filed on the same day, which 3 clearly shows that order dated 21.01.2026 was passed on a back date. Hence, it is prayed that WPC No.6719/2025 may be restored, as it was withdrawn on the basis of false information furnished by the State/ respondents. 3. In reply, learned counsel for the State submits that in the said revenue case, order was passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer (R), Champa on 21.01.2026, but the same was uploaded in the E-Court (Revenue) System only on 02.3.2026. Since the order was uploaded on 02.03.2026, the registration date in the system was reflected as 02.03.2026, i.e., the date of uploading. He further submits that as the revenue case had already been decided by the Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue), it was shown as filed in the system. On account of said facts, the petitioner has misconceived the facts, hence, present MCC may be rejected. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material placed on record. 5. Having considered aforesaid contention of counsel for both the parities and further considering the documents annexed with the present MCC, particularly the Order dated 21.01.2026 (Annexure-C/4) passed by Sub- Divisional Officer (Revenue), Champa, Distt. Janjgir-Champa (CG) in Revenue Case No.202603061300010/B-121, it is evident that the date of the order is recorded as 21.01.2026. Except the documents generated from E- filing system of the concerned revenue Court, no other documents like order sheets, etc. have been filed by the applicants/petitioners to establish that said order was passed on a back date. On the contrary, the copy of the order sheets filed by the applicants shows that said order was passed on 21.01.2026 itself. 4 6. In view of the above, this Court is not inclined to entertain instant MCC, hence, the same is rejected. However, if the applicants are the view that aforesaid order was passed on a back date, it shall be open to them to submit an appropriate complaint before the concerned Collector for redressal of their grievance.
