Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: 1. Directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 12/06/2026 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within such - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:31104 WP No. 18392 of 2026 time as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court, after affording opportunity to the affected parties vide., Annexure-A. 2. Essentially what the petitioner is seeking for is consideration of the representation of the petitioner dated 12.06.2026 by the Tahsildar and Sub- Registrar. 5. By way of the said representation, the petitioner has requested them not to transfer the katha or undertake any registration of any document till the disposal of MSA No.253/2025 before the High Court of Karnataka and Civil Suit in O.S.No.65/2018 before the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC, Arsikere.
