(ii) Issue any other order or direction which this Hon'ble High Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. (iii) To award cost of the petition to the Petitioners.” 2. Under the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Ist Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dehradun is directed to make an endeavor to decide the Original Suit No. 354 of 2023 expeditiously. 4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merit of the case. 5.
