The petitioner claims to have submitted a representation dated 15.01.2026 with respondent No. 2, which has not been considered and disposed of till date as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that pursuant to the representation, certain information was also collected from Border Road Organization, as such, respondent No. 2 be directed to decide the representation as expeditiously as possible. 3. Mr. Vishal Sharma, learned DSGI submits that the representation submitted by the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the respondent No. 2 within a period of one month.
