Das, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the Directorate of Enforcement that the land over which multistoried building has been constructed by the petitioner has not been attached. He produces the documents including the survey report. 3. A copy of the said survey report and the letter is handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 4. Since the land over which multi-storied building has been 2026:JHHC:24695 2 constructed has not been attached, the Registering Authority will proceed accordingly treating the land to be not attached. 5.
