Perusal of the record reveals that on 22.05.2026, neither the appellant appeared nor any representation was made on his behalf. Consequently, this Court issued a notice to the appellant, which was duly served through his son for 17.07.2026. On 17.07.2026, there was again no appearance or representation on behalf of the appellant. Today, when the matter was called repeatedly, none appeared for the appellant, nor any representation has been made on his behalf.
