The above writ petition was filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent No.1 (BBMP) to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 25.01.2023/09.02.2024 and to cancel the illegal Khata bifurcation dated 15.11.2017 2. During the pendency of the above Writ Petition, the Zonal Commissioner, BBMP, Yelahanka Zone, has passed a final order dated 18.06.2025 (produced as Annexure R7 by Respondent No.2), rejecting the petitioner's complaint. 3. In light of the said order, the relief of mandamus sought in the above writ petition has become infructuous. The petitioner intends to challenge the said order dated 18.06.2025 in accordance with law. 4. The petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the above Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the order dated 18.06.2025 passed by the Zonal Commissioner, BBMP, Yelahanka Zone. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:30724 WP No. 2829 of 2025 5. No interim orders have been passed in the above writ petition in favour of the petitioner. The respondents will not be prejudiced by the withdrawal.
