No. 3/2022 with M.A. /1447/2023. 10.3 Any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper, may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this petition is filed against the issuance of notice for appearance of the contemnor named therein in Contempt Petition No. 57 of 2023 in O.A. No. 3/2022 with M.A. No. 1447 of 2023 pending before Central Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur Bench, Circuit Sitting at Bilaspur (for brevity, “CAT”). In the said notice, the petitioner was directed to appear- in- person. 3. Perusal of relief clause would show that the petitioner has sought relief of quashing / setting aside the order dated 10.11.2023 (Annexure P-2). Annexure P-2 filed alongwith this writ petition is a notice sent to J.S. Kanth for his appearance. Alongwith copy of writ petition, the date which is reflecting in relief clause No. 10.1 is not a date of order, but said date, is the date of notice. If the writ petition is to be filed raising grievance against any order passed by the CAT, as in this case, then the petitioner is required to file the copy of order also, which is sought to be quashed, which is absent in the case. 4. Further, in the cause title of index and synopsis of the instant writ petition, name of the petitioner is mentioned as “J.S. Kanth” whereas in the 3 cause title of the writ petition, name of the petitioner is mentioned as “Union of India through Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forests & Climate Change”. 5. If the contempt petition is filed by the petitioner therein impleading the Officer-in-person of the Govt. of India and the order passed in that contempt petition is to be challenged, then the writ petition has to be filed by the person aggrieved, which, in the facts of the case would be contemnor named therein i.e. contempt petition filed before the “CAT”. 6.
