Petitioner is before this Court under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023, seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.101/2026 registered by Attibele Police Station, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 108, 109(1), 103(1) read with Section 3(5) of BNS, 2023. 2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has approached this Court under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, in Crl.P.No.7202/2026, with a prayer to quash the entire proceedings in the aforesaid case as against her and in the said case, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court has stayed the further proceedings in Crime No.101/2026 insofar as the petitioner is concerned. 3. In view of the aforesaid, apprehension of arrest expressed by the petitioner in this petition does not survive for consideration.
