1. The applicants have filed the present CRMP praying for the following relief:-
“It is, therefore, respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the application by making an order to quash the crime No.643/2021 dated 26.12.2021 & quash the final report dated 27.03.2022 and also quash the entire criminal proceeding pending before learned Additional Session Judge Bhatapara, Distt. Balodo Bazar- Bhatapara (C.G.) as session trial No.17/2022, in the interest of justice.”

Learned counsel for the applicants submits that in the crime in question, the trial has concluded and the applicants have been acquitted of the charges under Sections 147, 148, 149, 294, 506 (B), 323, 427 & 302 of IPC, as such the present petition has become infructuous.
3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicants, the CRMP is dismissed as having become infructuous.
