The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Mayurhand PS Case No.43 of 2025, for offence registered under section 271, 274, 275, 61(2), 318(4), 338, 336(3) of BNS, 2023 and section 47 (A) of Excise Act, pending in court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Chatra. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner happened to be owner of the pick-up van and the allegations are made that foreign liquors were being carried on the said vehicle. He next submits that one of the coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail in ABA No.69 of 2026. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the petitioner is the owner of the said pick-up van. 5. Considering that the petitioner is owner of the said pick-up van and the coaccused has been granted anticipatory bail as aforesaid and in that view of the matter, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today and learned court shall release petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
