It transpires from the record that during the pendency of the Contempt Case, the main Writ Petition No.11623 of 2013 itself has been closed, vide Order dated 30.01.2024, which is on record. The Final Order passed by this Court dated 30.01.2024 is taken on record. 3. Having taken note of the same, this Court is of the view that this Contempt Case has become infructuous. 4. Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. 5.
