Heard learned Counsel for the appellant.
2. This appeal is filed seeking setting aside of the
order dated 20.02.2026 in COP No.85/2015 passed by the learned Company Judge directing advertisement of the company petition.
3. By the impugned order, after noticing numerous adjournments granted in the matter, the Court observed that the conduct of the respondent in the company petition leads to no other option but to order the advertisement. Accordingly, on the request of Counsel for the petitioner in the company petition, the petitioner was permitted to take out the advertisement as regards the admission of the company petition in two daily newspapers.
4. It is the admitted position by the learned Counsel for the appellant that advertisement has already taken place. In

view of the aforesaid, this appeal has been rendered infructuous and is dismissed as such.
