Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset contended that although the Petitioner filed an objection to the prayer for appointment of Amin Commissioner, a copy of which has been filed along with a present CMP application marked at Annexure-1 (Colly), learned counsel for the Petitioner contended that without taking into consideration the aforesaid objection, the learned trial Court has passed order dated 10.11.2025.
