The petitioner has filed the present petition for the following relief:- “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the bearing FIR bearing Crime No.0/2013 registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, District Durg (C.G.), in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous since the trial has concluded and the accused/petitioner has been acquitted of the charges under Sections 498-A and 34 of the IPC. Accordingly, nothing survives for consideration in the present petition. 4. Considering the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
