The petitioner, aged about 58 years and residing in Chennai, apprehends that the second respondent may not register the document on the same day it is presented. 3. Mr. F. Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the deed to be presented by the petitioner will be registered on the same day of presentation, if it is otherwise in order.
