No. 10 of 2026 on the file of the court of Addl Civil Judge Junior Division Gannavaram between the petitioner wife and the unofficial Respondents husband is arbitrary illegal capricious and violative of the due procedure under BNSS and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed under Art 14, 21 of the constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents not to interfere in any manner with the life and limb of the petitioner except due process of law and pass….” 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3. Mr. Sai Gangadhar Chamarty, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondent police are interfering in the civil dispute pending in O.S.No.10 of 2026 on the file of the Court of the Additional Civil Judge, Junior Division, Gannavaram, between the petitioner’s wife and the husband of the unofficial respondents. 4. Sri P. Ajay Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader, submits that the police have never interfered in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents. 3 Dr. YLR, J W.P.No.12734 of 2026 Dated 05.05.2026 5. Having regard to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, and recording the submissions made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police not to interfere henceforth in the civil disputes pending between the petitioner and the unofficial respondents, without following due process of law. 6. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. _________________________ DR. Y.
