Sri.K.V.Lokesh, counsel submits that a memo has been filed stating that the petitioner herein had sought the same relief as sought in the writ petition before DRT in S.A No.272 of 25 and the Tribunal vide order dated 30.09.2025 has dismissed the appeal. Hence, the petition may be dismissed. Submission is noted. Memo is placed on record. Perused the same with care. As could be seen from the order of the DRT, the petitioner had questioned the e-auction sale notice dated 27.05.2025 before the DRT in S.A.No.272 of 2025 and the same has been disposed by the Tribunal on 30.09.2025.
