CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R DEVDAS
ORAL ORDER
Learned High Court Government Pleader is directed to take notice for all the respondents. 2. It is the contention of the petitioners that they filed applications in Form No.53 on 20.11.1998 and 21.11.1998 respectively seeking regularisation of unauthorised occupation of 19.5 guntas in Sy.No.19 and 14.5 guntas in Sy.No.20 of Bhattarahalli Village, Kasaba Hobi, Nelamangala Taluk and the then Tahsildar passed an order on 12.05.1999 confirming the grant in terms of the orders passed by the Committee. However till date the Saguvali Chit has not been issued in favour of the petitioners and their names have not been entered in the revenue records. 3. The grievance of the petitioners is that respondent No.2-Tahsildar is not issuing Saguvali Chit pursuant to the grant made by the Committee. Therefore, the prayer in writ petition is to issue Saguvali Chit and thereafter enter the name of the petitioners in the revenue records.

The entire exercise shall be completed as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. Learned High Court Government Pleader is permitted to file memo of appearance within a period of four weeks from today. Sd/- (R DEVDAS) JUDGE
