In view of settlement, amount of Rs.1,50,000/- along with accrued interest be paid to the Claimant Nos.1 and 2 and the amount be transferred in bank account No.3761129074, Central Bank of India (IFSC No.CBIN0281714), Branch Kholapur, Tq.Bhatkuli, District Amravati of Claimant No.1. In view of the terms of compromise, the Appeal is disposed of. Remaining amount, along with accrued interest, statutory amount, along with accrued interest be paid to the Appellant along with refund of Court fees as per rules.
