Petitioner-Dule Singh has invoked contempt jurisdiction of this Court, alleging non-compliance of the order dated 18.08.2026 [Annexure P-1] passed in CWP No.14082 of 2026, titled as Dule Singh Versus State of H.P. and others, whereby, the Respondents were directed to allow the petitioner to continue in service till attaining the age of 60 years or till further orders passed by the Court, whichever is earlier.

Notice. Mr. Vishav Deep Sharma, Learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents.

In these circumstances, no further orders are required to be passed and the instant proceedings are closed. Notices issued to the respondents shall stand discharged, accordingly.
