ORAL ORDER
1. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: (a) Issue writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent No.2 to investigate the crime No.192/2025 dated 20.11.2025 as per Annexure 'A' & 'B' as expeditiously as possible and trace the missing person forthwith;
(b) Pass such other direction or order as this Hon'ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo, seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition. The said memo reads as follows:
"The undersigned counsel herewith seeks the leave of this Hon'ble Court to withdraw the present petition since the same has been rendered infructuous. Hence, the above petition may be dismissed as withdrawn in the interest of justice and equity."
