Petitioners have filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire record pertaining to the present case. 10.2 That this Hon’ble court may please to issue appropriate orders/writs/ directions thereby the respondent no 3 be restrained from disbursing the pensionary benefit as well as other service benefits to the respondents no. 4 to 07 in the interest of justice. 10.3 That this Hon’ble Court may please to issue appropriate orders/writs/directions thereby the respondent authorities be directed to decide the representation dated 19.12.2025 (Ann P-1) submitted by the petitioner, within stipulated period, in the interest of justice. 3 / 3 10.4 That this Hon’ble Court may further be pleased to pass any other order in favor of petitioners as it may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case with cost.” 2. Learned counsel for State submits that the claim of petitioners are for grant of compassionate appointment and disbursement of the death cum retiral dues. Petitioners have already submitted representation before respondent no. 3 and it will be considered in accordance with law and proper orders will be passed. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioners submits that she may be permitted to submit fresh representation. 4. In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the respective parties, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage permitting petitioners to submit fresh comprehensive representation before respondent no. 3 and if such representation is submitted by petitioners, concerned authority shall consider and take decision on representation, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 03 months from the date of receipt of the representation, taking into consideration the pending representation submitted by petitioners. 5.
