Further a writ of mandamus has been sought, directing the respondents No.2 and 3 to reinstate the petitioners in service along with all service benefits. Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars. Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
