Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, Mr.B.Ramanathan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, placed before this Court a copy of the Medical Board's report bearing Na.Ka.No.3063/Ni.5/2026, dated 12.03.2026 declaring the petitioner fit to continue his job and refusing to declare him as medically invalidated. 3. In such circumstances, this Court is convinced that the respondent has complied with the order passed by this Court referred to above.
