Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to release the salary of the petitioner from the month of November 2025 till date within stipulated period. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the representation filed by the petitioner Annexure P/12 as early as possible. 10.3 Any other relief or reliefs may also be granted to the petitioner which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case” 2. This Court upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner on 22.01.2026 has passed the following orders:- “Learned counsel for State submits that according to the information gathered from District Education Officer petitioner was relieved and his service book was also dispatched from the Block Education Officer, Ramchandrapur, and petitioner did not joined at transferred place to the transferred block, therefore, salary of petitioner has not been paid. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that even after order of transfer petitioner is continuously working in his earlier place of posting i.e. Govt. High Secondary School, Kewdashila, which is coming within the jurisdiction of the Principle of Govt. Higher Secondary School, Bhawarmal, District- Balrampur. Principle of Govt. Higher Secondary School, Bhawarmal has issued an order for relieving of petitioner on 09.01.2026 only and that is on instruction of District Education Officer. Copy of the order is placed before this Court for perusal and also handed over to the counsel for respondent. Learned counsel for respondent submits that in view of the facts and circumstances of the case, he may be granted short time to file affidavit of District Education Officer to clarify the facts. As prayed, list this case next week as a fresh case.” 3 / 3 3. Learned counsel for State submits that the reply has been filed in which it has been specifically pleaded that the petitioner is entitled for salary from the month of November, 2025 till 08.01.2026. Letter in this regard is also written by respondent no. 5 i.e. District Education Officer to respondent no. 6 i.e. Block Education Officer on 30.01.2026. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that according to her instructions salary of one month has been deposited in the account of petitioner yesterday and balance amount of salary is still due. 5. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, and perused the documents enclosed along with this writ petition. 6. In the aforementioned facts of case when the District Education Officer based on service rendered by petitioner has directed respondent no. 6 to pay the salary of petitioner for the month of November,2025 to 08.01.2026, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing respondent no. 6 to pay the remaining part of salary as observed by respondent no. 5 in its letter dated 30.01.2026 within further period of 02 weeks from today subject to verification of facts. 7.
