The petitioner is an accused in connection with Telaiya P.S. Case No.279 of 2025. The petitioner was apprehended by the Police and 2.100 Kg. of opium was recovered from his possession. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that the quantity of opium recovered was intermediary quantity and the petitioner is in custody since 09.09.2025. It has been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, NDPS Act –cum-Sessions Judge, Koderma in connection with Telaiya P.S.
