Heard Mr. B.P. Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Nitansh Jaiswal, learned Deputy Government Advocate for respondents No.1 to 3 / State as well as Mr. Aditya Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for respective respondents. 2. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s): “It is, therefore prayed that, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the application for modification and may modify the order dated 02/02/2026 passed in CRMP No 961/2025 may kindly be modified the interim relief granted to the petitioner as the bail order may be made absolute in Para 4 of the said order as this Hon'ble Court thinks fit and consider, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court, vide order dated 12.03.2025 passed in CRMP No. 961/2025, had granted interim bail to the petitioner. Thereafter, upon filing of the charge-sheet, this Court passed an order dated 02.02.2026 dismissing the petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to law if aggrieved by the charge-sheet, and vacated the interim relief granted earlier. 4. Learned counsel further submits that pursuant to the interim bail granted by this Court vide order dated 12.03.2025, the petitioner furnished the requisite bail bonds before the learned trial Court. It is contended that if the interim relief is not made absolute, the 3 petitioner would be compelled to again approach this Court for grant of bail, despite already having been granted interim bail in the said CRMP. 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner lastly prays that the in view of the above submissions, the order dated 02.02.2026 be modified and the interim bail granted vide order dated 12.03.2025 be made absolute. 6. Learned counsel for the respondents does not controvert the above submission. 7. Considering the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into account that the petitioner has duly furnished bail bonds in compliance with the order dated 12.03.2025, the order dated 02.02.2026 is modified to the extent that the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 12.03.2025 shall stand, made absolute. The petitioner shall remain on bail during the pendency of the trial, subject to the same terms and conditions as imposed earlier. 8. In view of the above, the instant CRMP stands disposed of. 9. The order dated 02.02.2026, passed by this Court is modified to the extent indicated above. 10. A copy of this order be placed in the record of CRMP No. 961/2025.
