This writ petition has been preferred by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 06.12.2024 (Annexure-P/1) passed by the Tahsildar Sarangarh, District Sarangarh-Bilaigarh (C.G.) in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to allot the land of the petitioner for the purpose of residential house at the earliest, in the interest of justice. 10.3 Any other relief, which the Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be granted in favour of the petitioner.” 3. Learned counsel for the State submits that notification dated 11.09.2019, 26.09.2019, 25.02.2020 and 24.02.2022 have already been withdrawn vide letter dated 23.07.2024, therefore, relief claimed by the petitioner cannot be granted. 4. In view of submission made by the counsel for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate petition before the appropriate authority/Court. 5. Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, petitioner is permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file appropriate petition before the appropriate authority/Court. 6. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty as prayed for. 7. Interlocutory application(s), pending if any, also stands disposed of.
