Virender Singh, Judge (Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to assail the same, by way of Regular Second Appeal. In addition to this, a prayer has also been made to protect the petitioner under Section 14 of the Limitation Act. Leave and liberty as sought is granted. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes.
