Mr. Yobin submits that pending disposal of this writ petition, the State respondent has already notified the District and Sessions Judge, Yupia, as the Election Tribunal and as such, he has the instruction to withdraw this petition. Mr. Yobin also submits that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to approach the said Tribunal, by filing appropriate petition.
