1. Mr. Prashant Pallav, learned Senior Advocate and A.S.G.I. appearing on behalf of the C.B.I. submits that during pendency of the present criminal revision, the trial has proceeded and at present the same is at the stage of evidence.
2. On this, Mr. Chandrajit Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioner, prays for withdrawal of the present criminal revision, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all points available under law during the course of the trial.
3. Considering the said prayer, the present criminal revision is
disposed of as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
4. Pending I.A., if any, is also disposed of accordingly.
