Issuance of notice to the private respondents is dispensed with. 3. The petitioner is a resident of Ramanayakkan Patti Village. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that a odai runs through the petition mentioned survey numbers and that survey was conducted and encroachments were noticed. Form-I, Form-II and Form-III notices were already issued. The fifth respondent issued Form-III notice in July 2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date the said Form-III notice has not been enforced. 5. We direct the fifth respondent to forthwith enforce the Form-III notice already issued by him. The ninth respondent shall give all necessary protection to the fifth respondent to enforce the Form-III notice already issued by him. The water body in question shall be restored to its original condition. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
