1. Heard.
2. This application has been filed for restoration of CRMP-2874- 2025, which has been dismissed for want of prosecution vide order dated 15.09.2025.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that due to inadvertence he could not appear on 15.09.2025 when the matter was called for hearing and, consequently, the case was dismissed for want SAIFAN KHAN Digitally signed by SAIFAN KHAN
2 prosecution. Earlier, he bonafidely filed an application for restoration of CRMP-2874-2025 being MCC-885-2025, which has been withdrawn vide order dated 28.08.2025 and, thereafter, the present application has been filed for restoration. He further submits that the matter pertains to registration of a complaint case against the present applicant without there being any previous sanction or prosecution and, therefore, it requires hearing. Hence, CRMP-2874-2025 may be restored to its original number.
4. On the other hand, learned State counsel opposes the application for restoration.
5. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant and for the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. CRMP-2874-2025 is restored to its original number.
6. Accordingly, present CRMP stands finally disposed of.
