Also perused Office Order bearing No. 5671 dated 04.04.2026 of the Directorate of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Services, Odisha, Cuttack. Learned A.S.C. clarified that the Director has passed a reasoned and speaking order in the case of this petitioner and the case for regularization of the service against the Group-D post is rejected being devoid of any merit. Mr. Mohanty further submitted that the order of the Director is also communicated to the petitioner. In view of the order passed by the Director, this execution petition is hereby dropped.
