Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge This writ petition has been filed for the grant of following substantive reliefs:- “(i) A writ in the nature of mandamus may very kindly be issued and the respondents may kindly be directed to implement Annexure P-1 and P-2 and to adjust the present petitioners as per rules in the Civil Supplies Corporation or in any other Government Departments. ii) That the respondents may kindly be directed not to make fresh recruitments in the Civil Supplies Corporation without considering the present petitioners.” 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - 2. Following order was passed in this matter on 18.11.2016: “The matter in issue is though covered by the judgment rendered by learned Single Judge of this Court in CWP No. 6754 of 2012. However, the said judgment has been assailed by the respondents in LPA No. 190 of 2015. List after the decision in the aforesaid LPA.” 3. During the course of today's hearing, it was apprised that the judgment dated 16.05.2015 passed in CWP No. 6754 of 2012 has been set aside in LPA No 190 of 2015 (State of Himachal Pradesh and others vs Shri Manoj Kumar and others), decided on 06.12.2019. 4. Petitioner’s case is based upon decision rendered in CWP No. 6745 of 2012, since judgment in aforesaid writ petition has been set aside in LPA No. 190 of 2015, following the same ratio, this writ petition is also dismissed.
