Learned Deputy Advocate General does not dispute this fact. 3. Keeping in view the above fact, the present petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents that the decision rendered in Shyam Lal’s case (supra) shall be mutatis mutandis applied in the cases of the present petitioners and they shall also be extended the same relief as extended in Shyam Lal's case (supra).
