Learned counsel Sri.S.Rajshekhar appearing for the petitioner submits that he has co-operated with the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29865 CRL.P No. 7475 of 2026 investigation and there is apprehension that coercive steps shall be taken against him in the garb of investigation. 4. Therefore, if there is any warrant at a future date, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court. However, in the garb of investigation no coercive steps shall be taken against him, which would not mean that the petitioner will not co-operate with the investigation.
