The petitioner alleges that the property of the petitioner has been utilized without paying any compensation. Mr. Bhattacharjee, learned Senior Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner has not stated particulars when the property has been utilized. However, without entering into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner in the representation which is annexed at pages 17 and 18 of the writ petition, this writ petition stands disposed of by directing the Special Land Acquisition Collector, South 24 Parganas, being the fourth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner annexed at pages 17 and 18 of the writ petition and dispose of the same by passing a reasoned order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorized representative and communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the receipt of a server copy of this order along with a copy of the representation annexed at pages 17 and 18 of the writ petition.
