By this application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, the petitioner, namely, Shahadul Islam, has prayed for released on bail, who is in custody in connection with Boko P.S. Case No. 25/2026. Page No.# 2/2 The Case Diary called for has been received. I have gone through the Case Diary. The contents of the Case Diary do not reveal that further custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary. In the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner Shahadul, who is in custody in connection with Boko P.S. Case No. 25/2026 is allowed to go on bail of Rs. 15,000/ with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Boko.
