Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quash the impugned orders dated 25.09.2025 Annexure P/1 01.07.2025 Annexure P/2, and 03.06.2025 Annexure P/3 which relates to order of transfer of the petitioner and rejection of representations of the petitioner. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to keep the petitioner posted at Government Middle School Dongri Block Katghora District Korba (C.G.) in accordance with law. 10.3 That, any other relief which this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner in the interest of justice along with cost of the petition.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the grievance of petitioner is of his declaring to be in surplus and also that his posting is contrary to the policy formulated by the State Government in this regard. 3. Learned counsel for State submits that the petitioner has not submitted any representation/appeal against the order impugned Annexure P/1 dated 25.09.2025 before the State Level Committee. 4. At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to submit a representation before the State Level Committee. 5. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for by learned counsel for the petitioner.
