Today, he has placed on record the copy of the order dated 17.08.2026 as passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in LPA No. 205 of 2025, titled State of Himachal Pradesh & others vs. Chunni Lal alongwith connected matters, whereby the order as passed by the Hon’ble Single Judge in CWP No. 2056 of 2023 has been ordered to be stayed. 3. Consequently, the present petition is ordered to be closed with liberty reserved to the petitioner that in case the grievances of the petitioner still remain unaddressed, after the disposal of the letters patent appeal, the petitioner shall be at liberty to revive the instant petition.
