The complainant has filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 02.09.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court in W.P.No.23867/2024 (KLR-RES). 3. In terms of the said order, the accused was directed to seek necessary approval from the Assistant Commissioner and pass appropriate orders in respect of the complainant's representation dated 12.08.2024. 4. The learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the accused has filed a compliance affidavit dated 26.03.2026 affirming that the mismatch in RTC records has been rectified. Thus, the representation made by the complainant stands - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:29473-DB CCC No. 295 of 2025 addressed, complying the order dated 02.09.2024. The accused has also tendered an unqualified apology in the affidavit. 5. The said apology is accepted. In view of the above, the complaint is closed.
