APHC010414492011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF ANDHRA PRADESH AT AMARAVATI (Special Original Jurisdiction) [3457] WEDNESDAY, THE TWENTY EIGHTH DAY OF JANUARY TWO THOUSAND AND TWENTY SIX PRESENT THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE HARINATH.N WRIT PETITION NO: 21481/2011 Between: 1. CHAIRMAN MANAGING DIRE RURAL ELECTRIFICATION CORP ANOTHER, RURAL ELECTRIFICATION CORPORATION LTD., NEW DELHI - 110 003 2. THE CHIEF HR, RURAL ELECTRIFICATION CORPORATION LTD., CORE-4, SCOPE COMPLEX, 7 LODI ROAD, NEW DELHI - 110 003 ...RESPONDENT(S): Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. K SUDHAKAR REDDY Counsel for the Respondent(S): 1. K N LAXMI The Court made the following: 2 ORDER:- There is no representation for the petitioner today. 2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent is present. 3. It is submitted that the writ petition is filed challenging the order of removal dated 31.03.2008 and the petitioner was not in service since the date of removal. It is further submitted that the cause of writ petition may not survive as the petitioner could have been accommodated elsewhere or the petition might have been working elsewhere. Insofar as the claim of the petitioner is concerned, the removal orders were passed after extending ample opportunity to the petitioner and that the petitioner participated in the enquiry proceedings. As such the petitioner cannot take the plea of violation of principles of natural justice. 4. Considering the same and also considering the material on record, it is evident that the respondent authority has followed the due procedure in passing the order of removal which does not require to be interfered at this stage. Accordingly, retention is dismissed. Accordingly, the Writ petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. ____________________ JUSTICE HARINATH.N Date.28.01.2026. SR
