Heard Sri. Srinivas A.R., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for respondents. 3. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and perusal of the averments made in the representation dated 20th November 2023 (Annexure-A), the same would indicate that the subject land has been granted to the petitioner on 13th June, 1994.
