It is the grievance of the petitioner that in the year 2016 after death of the father of the petitioner an amount of Rs.1,19, 152/- which pertains to the year 2010-2011 has been retained by the respondents on the ground that the stock-sheet has not been closed. 3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India submits that if the petitioner files a detailed representation before the Senior Personnel Officer, East Central Railway, Dhanbad -respondent No.2, the case of the petitioner will be considered and an appropriate order will be passed. 4. Considering the submission of the parties, I direct the petitioner to file a detailed representation ventilating his grievance before the Senior Personnel Officer, East Central Railway, Dhanbad -respondent No.2 who will consider the case of the petitioner and will pass a reasoned order and if the petitioner is entitled for refund of the aforesaid amount, the same should be refunded along with the interest @ 7% per annum. 2026:JHHC:2112 2 5.
