1. Draft amendment is allowed. The amendment is deemed to be incorporated in the Special Civil Application.
2. Rule. Learned AGP waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the respondents.
3. By the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for a direction to respondent no.2-Deputy Collector, Gandhinagar to hear and decide the RTS Appeal No.314 of 2025 expeditiously.
4. Learned AGP appearing for the respondents submits upon instructions that the RTS Appeal No.314 of 2025 shall be heard expeditiously and disposed of within a period of eight weeks. In view of the said statement, learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to the same.
5. Accordingly, it is directed that the respondent no.2-Deputy Collector, Gandhinagar shall hear and decide the RTS Appeal
C/SCA/10095/2026 ORDER DATED: 24/07/2026 No.314 of 2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The RTS Appeal No.314 of 2025 shall be decided on its own merits in accordance with law.
6. It is clarified that, this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and no opinion is expressed thereon.
